In the year 1969, Mr. Mahendra C Shah started manufacturing Hypophosphite. He was the first one to do so in India. He built up a factory at Dombivali, near Mumbai in the name of Hypophosphite & Co. with the help of National Chemical Laboratories and a German scientist. This plant was the first plant in India to produce Hypophosphite Salts and Hypophosphorous Acid Handle, Hypophosphorous Acid Resin Grade Manufacturer , Yellow Phosphorous (P4) and Phosphine (PH3).

In the year 1984, Mr.Nitin Mahendra Shah had join and started a sister concern named NEEMCCO to expand the manufacturing business under the experience and guidance of Mr.Mahendra Shah with a vision of new technology. Hence they started adapting new technologies and started working with multinational companies. They have learnt that the needs of a small customer is equally important for them as MNCs are.

Quality : - We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and we believe that the quality of product should be consistent and as per the required standard provided by the customers. This doesn't mean that we do not make any further improvements. We always try to improve our quality of products and send our new samples to the buyers for their valuable comment. Delivery : - We believe that, customers need an on time delivery to maintain their production line along with lowest inventory. Our vendors are our backbone to help us maintain and keep the inventory of raw material and our team members always maintain the finished product inventory for our regular client which helps us to give them delivery on time and reduce the inventory cost of our customers.

Price : - We believe that price of products is also an important factor at the customers end and for this we always try and work. We also believe in competition but not at the cost of quality and service. We believe that there is no meaning in doing a business without margin, so we keep our genuine profits to maintain our plant, R&D and basic needs of our team members which helps us to cater our customers need for quality and service for a long term survival in the market.
